Membership & Communication- Ensure we are a representative group, communicate what we are about and doing to the larger community, and receive information, ideas and opinions from our various stakeholders regularly. Technology Plan- Develop and monitor a plan that provides short and long term guidance regarding the multiple aspects of our info and communication technology implementation, is consistent and interwoven with other ICSD initiatives, and meets all governing requirements. Curriculum Development- Pursue two approaches to defining what students should know and be able to do: continue to embed curriculum via content mapping, and identify technology skills that are grade and age level appropriate. Audit and Process Review- Gather data on all aspects of our technology implementation relative to our goals and best practice, with the aim of improving service to students and fulfilling all our institutional commitments.
